Responsibilities

• Responsible for fulfilling all literature, merchandise, wood sample and promotion item requests from sales representatives, dealers/designers and internal personnel.
• Responsible for fulfilling all image, logo, advertising requests from sales representatives, dealers/ designers and internal personnel. Also, works on the Digital Asset Management (DAM) software uploading images, tagging images, etc.
• Responsible for processing all invoices/credit memos associated with the department, tracking expenditures and maintaining invoice files. Maintains a record of various expenses in preparation for month end closings. Research may be required to reconcile expenses. Maintains a good working relationship with finance and credit departments for smooth flow of financial transactions.
• Responsible for processing/fulfilling all other marketing requests from consumers, dealers/designers, reps, internal personnel, vendors and influencers/media.
• Responsible for distributing marketing materials to sales reps and internal personnel, including catalogs, POP materials, magazines, etc. Works with magazines directly on maintaining mailing lists.
• Helps support social media and public relations efforts by working with influencers, media and public relations agencies on image and information requests and product ordering.
• Assists in production planning for marketing projects, such as catalogs, price lists, etc. with timelines, proofing, communication with vendors and other duties as assigned by marketing management.
• Works on basic photo manipulation/design requests and/or works with retouching and CGI vendors.
• Responsible for administration of promotional item program including tracking inventory, ordering materials, coordinating shipping of orders and invoicing for orders.
• Responsible for maintaining wood sample program including tracking inventory, ordering wood samples and labels, coordinating shipping of orders and invoicing for orders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in marketing.
• Basic knowledge of marketing tools and techniques a plus
• Strong planning and organization skills, detail oriented and an ability to multi-task.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Action-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office at a minimum.
• Proficiency in the following a plus:
• Image formatting – Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
• Marketing software – Hubspot, Google analytics
• Asset Management software – Bynder, Canto, Drop Box
