Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Bi-annual internal newsletter.
  • Schedule and publish content.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including images, videos, infographics, and philanthropic events tailored to each platform audience.
  • Respond to social media comments and messages.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
  • Analyze and report marketing metrics to assess the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor marketing and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and update company’s website to ensure it reflects the latest information, services, events and messaging.
  • Collaborate with website developers and designers to optimize website functionality.
  • Create and update website content.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and basic photography/video editing skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Collaborative, self-starter mindset with comfort working across departments and with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple locations as needed.

Preferred

  • Agricultural or food industry experience is a plus.
