Job Summary

Own content creation and multi-channel asset production while upkeeping brand and internal communications; bridge marketing with HR, BizDev, and Eng through consistent content and events.

  • Content and creative: own graphics, video, newsletters, social and performance tracking.
  • Brand governance and internal support: maintain guidelines and assist internal teams with messaging.
  • Events and partnerships: plan tradeshows and manage vendor/client relationships.

Responsibilities: Manages website development and SEO updates. Responsibilities: Creates and refines digital content including graphics, videos, newsletters, social media posts, and tracks performance. Responsibilities: Supports internal teams (HR, BizDev, Engineering) with content creation. Responsibilities: Maintains brand consistency and assists employees in using brand guidelines. Responsibilities: Produces marketing analytics reports through market research and trend analysis. Responsibilities: Coordinates advertising assets like photo content. Responsibilities: Builds vendor relationships and interacts with clients professionally. Responsibilities: Plans and organizes marketing events and tradeshows. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or Communications from an accredited university or equivalent experience in a related field. Requirements: 0-2 years of professional hands-on experience in Marketing. Requirements: Design portfolio and/or social media account related to marketing that you can share. Requirements: Up to 20% of travel may be required between locations. Requirements: Ability to travel for work-related purposes as needed; access to reliable transportation is required due to the nature of our business and multiple client sites. Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Requirements: Background checks are required. Nice_to_have: Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, CMS Platforms, and analytics software. Nice_to_have: Experience or education in graphic design. Nice_to_have: Experience using AI platforms.
