Responsibilities

• Support and assist the Director of Marketing and Public Relations
• Assist with gathering content for social media
• Establish rapport with local medical community and referral coordinators through office visits, educational events, networking, and one-on-one settings.
• Weekly reporting on performance metrics in Excel, Word, and scheduling program
• Sponsorships and event coordination such as trade fairs, open houses, races, etc.
• Marketing communications management
• Strategic delivery of marketing/public relations programs and promotions
• Participate in team divisional meetings to communicate marketing & public relations initiatives and receive feedback from fellow employees

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver''s license is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working in Excel
