Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule marketing campaigns across email, social, and digital channels
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all marketing assets
- Track campaign performance metrics and prepare weekly reports
- Liaise with designers, copywriters, and vendors to execute marketing projects
- Manage marketing database and ensure contact lists are clean and up to date
- Support event coordination, webinars, and promotional activities
Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor degree in marketing or related field preferred
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and social media platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- No prior marketing coordination experience required — training provided
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
