Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Principals and Project Managers to prepare and produce proposals, qualifications packages, and pursuit materials in response to RFQs/RFPs.
• Manage proposal schedules, coordinate content from technical staff, and ensure submissions are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
• Maintain and update proposal resources including firm qualifications, project descriptions, staff resumes, and boilerplate content.
• Track and maintain staff licensure, certifications, and professional organization participation for use in proposals and marketing materials.
• Execute the firm's social media strategy in collaboration with the AE Design employees including creating and publishing content that highlights projects, people, and firm culture.
• Monitor social media engagement and support growth of the firm's presence with clients, industry partners, and the AEC community.
• Coordinate marketing support for new hires including headshots, biographies, website updates, and business card orders.
• Manage the company apparel store and coordinate ordering of branded promotional materials and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate with vendors and printers for external marketing materials and branded items.
• Maintain the firm's Open Asset database by organizing project photography, marketing materials, and other digital assets with proper keywording and tagging.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5 years of professional experience (experience in Marketing, Communications, and/ or AEC industry preferred)
• Experience working to short and long-term deadlines, schedule management
• Experience planning, creating content, and managing social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Ability to learn a variety of marketing, web and database software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal team and external clients
• Detail oriented, strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and produce quality deliverables in a fast-paced work environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn, continually striving to improve and expand knowledge/skills
