Own content and audience-building work across two solar/telecom brands, shaping from concept to distribution while growing trusted communities through blog, email, social, Reddit, and events.
- Content Lifecycle Ownership: Develop, publish, and optimize educational content that answers questions and moves buyers along the journey.
- Audience & Community Growth: Build trusted brands and engage audiences across email, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, direct mail, and events.
- Cross-brand Collaboration: Collaborate with a small agile team to plan and execute content and campaigns across Paradise Energy Solutions and Upward Broadband.
Job Description
- Content Architect: You craft engaging, educational content that builds trust and guides people through their customer journey. Whether it’s a blog post, email, social post, Reddit post, or printed piece, your writing answers real customer questions and inspires action. You know how to optimize content for both humans and algorithms, from traditional SEO to LLM-driven search. You’re skilled at developing content from concept to completion, distributing it across channels, and managing it through its full lifecycle.
- Audience Builder: You’re not just creating content, you’re building trusted, go-to brands in the solar and telecommunications industries. Guided by frameworks like They Ask, You Answer (now Endless Customers), you know how to engage audiences and grow communities across platforms like email, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Reddit. You’re equally comfortable leveraging traditional channels, such as direct mail and events, to ensure a consistent and thoughtful experience at every stage of the buyer’s journey.
- Agile Team Player: You’ll join a small, collaborative team serving two fast-growing brands — Paradise Energy Solutions and Upward Broadband. One day, you might be writing a blog; the next, planning an email campaign or engaging communities on Reddit. You take ownership of your work, stay ready to jump in wherever needed, and approach everything you do with curiosity and a growth mindset.
