Responsibilities

• Create and improve all marketing communications (email, social, direct)
• Execute all administrative and creative facets of the podcast & webinars
• Create and optimize posts on LinkedIn to generate leads and create awareness
• Create and update training flyers, and training workbooks
• Optimize pages on the website for conversions
• Coordinate and collect customer testimonials and case studies
• Manage sponsorships (Awards, Mega Meeting, Super Social, Industry Ally)
• Setup and support sales events and speaking engagements
• Design and manage voice of the customer surveys
• Other duties and improvements as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing preferred
• Manufacturing or related industry experience preferred
• 7+ years marketing or content creation experience
• Works hard and is reliable but likes to have fun while getting things done
• Required experience: Wordpress and Canva
• Experience with: Email Marketing and Social Media (Active Campaign, Metricool)
• Experience with: Audio and video editing software (GarageBand & Final Cut Pro)
