Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Copywriting: Coordinate and produce content for social media, the company website, and other digital platforms.
  • Write and edit copy for press releases, articles, brochures, retail promotions, signage, event materials, and other marketing collateral.
  • Stay informed on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to contribute to innovative strategies.
  • Campaign & Analytics Support: Track and analyze KPIs to measure results and drive continuous improvements for content and PR strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze engagement and performance metrics for campaigns, providing insights to improve results.
  • Events & Retail Branding: Support the execution of events including vendor coordination, marketing materials, and onsite assistance.
  • Assist in retail branding initiatives including promotional campaigns and seasonal marketing projects.
  • Team Collaboration & Brand Alignment: Promote the goals and objectives of HOT Goodwill through creative and strategic marketing support.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, or Public Relations required; minimum of two years of experience in social media management and content creation; or an appropriate combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum Requirements: Valid Texas Driver's License with a driving record acceptable to Goodwill's liability insurance provider.
  • Proficiency in completing assignments independently, on time, and within budget.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, consistently changing environment.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent project coordination skills with the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in social media platforms and digital content creation tools.
  • Ability to create and maintain working relationships within a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong customer service skills; ability to work effectively with a variety of individuals internally and externally.
  • Ability to uphold high standards of ethics and integrity.
