Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Research, pitch, and develop content ideas for editorial features, interviews, newsletters, content series, and marketing campaigns.
  • Own content projects from initial concept through publication, distribution, and promotion.
  • Transform interviews and research into compelling editorial content, thought leadership pieces, and feature stories.
  • Adapt messaging for different audiences while maintaining strong editorial standards and brand voice.
  • Publish and manage content across websites, email platforms, social media channels, and other digital properties.
  • Create and edit basic video content informed by trend reports, research, and industry insights for social media and marketing initiatives.
  • Design simple visual assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Ensure content is optimized for audience engagement, platform best practices, and SEO where applicable.
  • Monitor content performance and provide recommendations to improve future content and audience engagement.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in editorial, content marketing, copywriting, journalism, communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience writing both short-form and long-form content.
  • Strong research, interviewing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to take projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
