Responsibilities

• Find and coordinate events PRSC should be involved in
• Plan company events, home shows, festivals, sponsorships, giveaways, and community initiatives
• Maintain a monthly and annual event calendar
• Coordinate event setup, signage, promotional items, displays, and staffing
• Build relationships with local businesses, chambers, nonprofits, schools, real estate professionals, property managers, and community organizations
• Look for new ways to keep PRSC visible throughout the communities we serve
• Manage PRSC’s organic social media presence
• Create and maintain a consistent content calendar
• Create posts, reels, short-form videos, and other content
• Highlight projects, employees, customers, events, company culture, and community involvement

Preferred

• Experience in marketing, social media, events, PR, communications, or community relations is preferred.
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, photography, video editing, or content creation is a plus.
• Construction experience is not required.
• A college degree is not required.
