Responsibilities

• Visit local realtors, businesses, and organizations to build relationships
• Distribute business cards, flyers, and promotional material
• Attend networking events (when available)
• Help build referral partnerships with real estate teams, HOAs, property managers, etc.
• Create and post content on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
• Take photos/videos on jobs (with team permission) for social media
• Write captions, stories, short posts, and updates
• Help create postcards, mailers, or marketing materials
• Track engagement and report basic results
• Experience in any of the following is a huge plus: Facebook ads, Google Ads / PPC campaigns, Targeting audiences and retargeting, Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, networking, social media, or content creation
• Must have your own transportation
• Able to work independently
• Self-starter with a go-getter mentality — someone who takes initiative, owns their ideas, and gets things done with minimal supervision
• Outgoing, friendly, and confident talking to people
• Creative mindset for social media and marketing
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable walking into businesses and introducing our services
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads or Google Ads preferred
