Own the end-to-end marketing flow for Holland Law Group by creating weekly social content, newsletters, website updates, events, and campaigns while coordinating with departments and vendors to boost visibility.

Manage multi-channel content calendar and cross-department collaborations.
Drive brand consistency and SEO-friendly initiatives across digital assets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and publish weekly social media content across the firm's social media platforms.
Develop and distribute the firm's electronic newsletter.
Coordinate marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and community engagement.
Monitor social media engagement and recommend new content ideas.
Maintain and update the firm's website.
Keep attorney biographies, staff profiles, and firm content current.
Coordinate with vendors as needed regarding website updates and functionality.
Assist with SEO initiatives to improve online visibility and search rankings.
Coordinate and assist with creating videos highlighting the firm's attorneys, departments, culture, and services.
Work with employees across multiple departments to develop engaging marketing content.

Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field preferred.
2+ years of marketing, communications, or event coordination experience preferred.
Experience managing business social media accounts.
Working knowledge of website content management systems (WordPress or similar).
Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Photography, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing experience is a plus.
