Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own messaging for integrated campaigns, product awareness, and corporate initiatives with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with brand, campaign objectives, and business goals.
  • Support strategic MarCom programs to boost brand visibility and protect the corporate brand.
  • Develop internal communications to inform and engage employees around strategy and culture.
  • Support executive communications, including leadership announcements and talking points.
  • Draft speeches and remarks for internal and external audiences with clarity and alignment.
  • Edit formal business communications for quality, consistency, and tone.
  • Write and edit a wide range of marketing and corporate materials.
  • Manage multiple communications projects with tight timelines.
  • Collaborate with external agencies as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
  • 3–5 years in marketing communications or corporate communications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills with demonstrated executive writing experience.
  • Executive-level writing experience.
  • High professionalism to represent the voice of senior leaders.
  • Strong editing skills with attention to voice, tone, and detail.
  • Experience supporting or managing social media channels (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Strategic thinker translating business objectives into effective communications.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to travel domestically; TEL operates with a hybrid model (3 days/week in Austin).

Preferred

  • Japanese language skills are a significant plus.
