Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develops and executes comprehensive marketing and communication strategies, identifying opportunities, defining audiences, and crafting messaging to achieve business objectives.
- Creates and manages content across platforms, including digital, print, and email campaigns.
- Champions brand identity, monitors performance metrics, and coordinates with internal and external teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all initiatives and projects.
- Stays current on trends, supporting diverse marketing efforts including media relations and social media.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- A combination of education and/or additional job-related experience in marketing and/or communications may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and/or communications roles, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic marketing and communications plans.
