Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop clear, concise, and compelling copy for digital marketing campaigns, web content, email, advertising, and product marketing initiatives
Translate marketing strategies and business objectives into consumer-friendly messaging that drives engagement and conversion
Ensure all communications align with brand voice, tone, and messaging standards
Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality campaigns
Create and execute content strategies across multiple channels including web, email, and paid media
Optimize content using SEO/SEM best practices to improve search visibility and performance
Analyze campaign performance and metrics to refine messaging and improve effectiveness
Support marketing plans, campaign execution, and editorial calendars
Contribute to and maintain brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and style guides
Provide editorial review, proofreading, and quality assurance for all marketing materials

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English , or related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of experience in copywriting, marketing communications, or content strategy
Proven experience creating copy for digital channels (web, email, paid media, social)
Strong understanding of brand voice, storytelling, and audience engagement
Experience with SEO/SEM optimization and content performance metrics
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, customer-focused messaging
Experience working in collaborative environments with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with tools such as Workfront or similar project management platforms , and standard PC applications

Preferred

Experience in financial services, banking, or regulated industries
Background in agency or fast-paced creative environments
Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital analytics tools
