Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic marketing initiatives to elevate the college brand, boost enrollment, and enhance campus/community engagement.
  • Oversee Welcome and Testing Center staff to ensure belonging and professional experience for students, employees, and visitors.
  • Manage development, distribution, and analysis of digital/print content, social platforms, and cross-department message alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in marketing or communications; strong writing/editing skills.
  • Experience with higher education marketing.

Preferred

  • Proficiency with Jenzabar tools (JRM and J1) or equivalent CRM platforms.
  • Experience in multimedia production and web management.
  • Understanding of social media analytics.
