Job Summary

Own the marketing and communications engine for an oilfield services business, turning field results into credible customer messaging and driving lead growth.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Define and execute strategy that aligns with growth goals and delivers measurable pipeline lift.
  • Content & Field-to-Customer: Build technical content and translate field performance into messaging for MPD and pressure control solutions.
  • Sales Enablement & Execution: Produce customer decks, coordinate events, and ensure timely materials that support launches and sales efforts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute marketing and communications strategy aligned with company growth
  • Build technical marketing content that differentiates MPD and pressure control solutions
  • Translate field performance and operational results into customer-facing messaging
  • Develop high-impact presentations for customers, partners, and investors
  • Manage digital presence, including website, content strategy, and social channels
  • Support commercialization of new technologies and product launches
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all communications
  • Coordinate trade shows and industry events
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business development teams
  • Growth in qualified leads and customer engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field
  • Equivalent oilfield experience may be considered
  • 5+ years of marketing or communications experience within oilfield services
  • Strong understanding of drilling, completions, or production operations
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and credibly
  • Experience supporting energy or industrial services marketing
  • Strong writing, presentation, and messaging skills
  • Ability to work in an office environment
  • Occasional field visits and site exposure
  • Approximately 10-20% travel

Preferred

  • Experience in Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD), well control, or pressure management
  • Experience with technology-driven or data-enabled solutions
  • Exposure to international markets
