Responsibilities

• Work with the Managing Director to create and manage annual marketing plan
• Monitor marketing budget for the full season, individual productions, and institutional marketing including community event budgets
• Coordinate media buys with local outlets and manage needs throughout season/year
• Oversee the design process for season artwork, working closely with the Artistic Director, Managing Director, and designer(s)
• Reformat and/or resize season artwork using Adobe Suite to create posters, postcards, season brochure, digital assets, and merchandise
• Create any additional marketing assets including postcards for Phamaly Membership, general postcards, and any online graphics
• Assist Managing Director and board with corporate sponsorship program including creating annual sponsorship deck
• Create promotional emails highlighting Phamaly and incorporating needed communications

Requirements

• Have a bachelor’s degree or consummate experience in Marketing, Business, Nonprofit Management, or Theatre
• Have 1-3+ years of professional experience in marketing
• Are skilled and experienced with graphic design software including Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
• Experienced with website management and WordPress
• Knowledgeable in social media marketing and trends
• Have a reliable vehicle and can travel throughout the Denver Metro when needed
• Have experience with accessible marketing practices

Preferred

• Experience with disability community and/or community advocacy a plus
