Responsibilities

• Lead integrated communications strategies that support Mosaic Clinical Technologies’ product innovation, operational initiatives, and organizational growth.
• Translate complex product, AI, clinical workflow, and technology concepts into clear, audience-specific communications that drive adoption and alignment.
• Partner with senior leaders, product, clinical, technology, and operations teams to develop executive messaging, product announcements, presentations, and strategic communications.
• Develop content, communication plans, toolkits, and launch materials that support product releases, workflow changes, technology adoption, and organizational initiatives.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools, engagement data, and stakeholder feedback to improve communication strategy, content development, and rollout effectiveness while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field with 6-8 years of relevant communications experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting product launches, software releases, workflow changes, technology adoption, or complex change communications in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to translate technical, clinical, and operational information into clear, compelling communications for diverse audiences and senior leaders.
• Proven experience using AI-enabled tools to support content development, workflow efficiency, message testing, communications planning, and analytics.
• Excellent strategic thinking, executive presence, written and verbal communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills with approximately 15% travel required.
