Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute regional trade shows, exhibitions, seminars and customer events etc. with full ownership of timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Manage vendors, agencies, and logistics partners to ensure seamless execution, cost efficiency, and brand consistency.
  • Define event objectives, KPIs, and ROI metrics, and provide post-event analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a central point of contact for regional Marcom needs, responding quickly, managing multiple priorities, and mobilizing resources both internally and externally.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, corporate branding team etc.) to align messages and leverage shared resources.
  • Support digital promotion initiatives in close collaboration with corporate branding team (e.g., social media posts, email campaigns, event-related content) to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Assist corporate brand/PR initiatives as needed, ensuring cohesive communication across markets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing or integrated Marcom, ideally in technology, electronics, or semiconductor sectors.
  • Proven success in event planning, supplier management, and ROI-driven marketing programs.
  • Strong project management skills, able to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience collaborating with global teams.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and collaborative, a true team player who can work independently while coordinating across teams and regions.
