Job Description

Responsibilities

  • preparing written materials and promotional content for tenants and prospective clients
  • updating digital marketing platforms including social media accounts, company website content, and online property listings
  • preparing marketing materials and advertisements
  • assisting with tenant communications and responding to inquiries
  • coordinating internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging
  • maintaining marketing records and tracking performance
  • collaborating with management to support marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • No experience required
