Growth and campaigns ownership across multi-campus marketing and communications driving attendance, engagement, and messaging consistency.

• Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with Victory’s mission
• Strategy & Growth: Own and drive measurable growth in attendance, engagement, and participation
• Strategy & Growth: Establish and track KPIs (attendance trends, first-time guests, engagement metrics, campaign performance)
• Strategy & Growth: Oversee digital marketing efforts including paid ads, landing pages, and audience targeting
• Campaign Leadership: Lead planning and execution of all major campaigns (sermon series, events, seasonal initiatives)
• Campaign Leadership: Ensure campaigns are fully defined upfront (messaging, deliverables, timelines)
• Campaign Leadership: Partner with Executive Team and ministry leaders to align priorities and direction
• Systems & Process: Build and enforce communication request systems across all ministries
• Systems & Process: Ensure all requests are complete, clear, and submitted on time
• Systems & Process: Mitigate last-minute, incomplete, and reactive communication workflows
