  • Content and Brand: Draft and edit emails, statements, articles, and social copy while enforcing the brand style across channels.
  • Visual and Channel Execution: Build on-brand graphics and site content for LinkedIn and the corporate site, plus BD materials and print/digital assets.
  • Visibility and Awards: Own industry award submissions and speaking opportunities to broaden external presence.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • ContentCopywriting: Draft, edit, and publish written communications: emails, public statements, online articles, website posts, internal announcements, and social copy; Maintain brand voice consistency; Proofread and quality-check all outgoing communications.
  • DesignVisual Production: Create on-brand graphics and marketing assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and AI-assisted platforms; Support production of digital and print materials; Resize and optimize assets; Create visuals such as infographics or images to tell the story.
  • Website, Digital ChannelsOnline Presence: Manage content calendar and post scheduling across LinkedIn and the corporate website; Track engagement metrics; Update website content; Monitor job boards and employer review websites.
  • Marketing and Business Development Operations: Support solution-focused content development and execution; coordinate cross-functional inputs; Maintain asset libraries and content archives; Assist with vendor and agency coordination; Support production of BD materials (Proposals, White papers, Pitch Briefs).
  • Brand VisibilityReputation: Own and enforce brand style guide; Review outgoing communications; Ensure external messaging reflects the firm; Monitor brand mentions; Grow brand visibility; maintain cross-channel presence.
  • Awards, RecognitionIndustry Visibility: Research and identify industry awards and recognition programs; Own submissions process end-to-end; Track submission calendars; Identify speaking opportunities; Maintain submissions record.
