Job Description

Responsibilities

Actively support the company’s communication and marketing initiatives by developing marketing materials
Drafting press releases
Coordinating public relations efforts
Managing marketing campaigns
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and strong brand presence
Monitoring media coverage
Creating written content
Assisting in planning and executing marketing events

Requirements

Strong Communication and Writing skills for producing clear and concise content
Experience in Marketing Communications, including campaign management and brand alignment
Proficiency in drafting Press Releases and coordinating Public Relations efforts
Familiarity with digital and traditional marketing channels
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
Knowledge of the real estate or asset management industry is desirable but not required
