Job Summary

Drive marketing communications coordination across AHG practices, supporting content creation, stakeholder relationships, and campaign analytics.

  • Coordinate marketing materials and communications for multiple practices and affiliates.
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of marketing/PR/advertising experience.
  • Strong event coordination experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Social media management: researching and writing basic to moderately complex editorial
  • Implementing communication strategies that are engaging and relevant to internal and/or external audiences, including supporting content creation, channel identification and delivery.
  • May participate in developing strategies.
  • Supporting marketing and business development team members with additional marketing tasks, such as conference coordination, marketing materials in support of specific clinicians, practices, affiliates pursuits and/or targeted audiences.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within and outside of the corporate team.
  • Collaborating with vendors in the development of marketing materials, proposals and presentations that captivate and education, while preserving AHG's visual brand identity.
  • Assisting with thought leadership/blog articles, communications campaigns, awards submittals, advertisements and brochures.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with doctors, practice employees and corporate staff.
  • Organize and support referral marketing strategies for each practice and/or affiliate in AHG.
  • Produce and analyze reports for trend analysis, campaign effectiveness and developing strategic marketing plans.
  • Curate branded promotional items for the corporate store and physician referral program.
  • Facilitate corporate events including: annual meeting, trade shows and education meetings
  • Maintain the department's project management tool.
  • Develop and coordinate graphics, write and edit layout materials.
  • Write non-technical text, edit and proofread marketing collateral.
  • Be responsible for timely production and quality of marketing deliverables and communications.
  • Performing other duties as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor s Degree and equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of marketing, public relations or advertising work experience
  • Previous experience planning and coordinating events
  • Knowledge of Google My Business and Google AdWords
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Ability to handle multiple practice projects simultaneously
