Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop content and campaign support for omnichannel demand gen campaigns.
  • Elevate social media content and distribution across Betterworks channels, and support a newly acquired brand with theirs.
  • Own our newsletters; LinkedIn and email, setting editorial direction, writing the content, and using AI tools to scale and sharpen production without sacrificing quality.
  • Write competitor comparison blogs, articles that support the sales cycle, and growth campaign content that the sales team uses in active deals
  • Partner with our ABM and demand gen team to create what their campaigns need: one-pagers, blog posts, landing copy, repurposed assets.
  • Manage video vendor relationships; write briefs, review outputs, hold them to a standard
  • Develop case studies and customer stories for use across sales, PR, and social.
  • Lead weekly PR agency calls, coordinate media logistics, manage press releases and awards submissions (coverage during a team member's leave — long-term focus is content and campaigns).
  • All employees share the responsibility of being aware of information security risks and adhering to information security policies and procedures.
  • All employees are required to participate in information security awareness and training programs.

Requirements

  • Strong writer first. Campaign thinker second. Generalist third.
  • You've worked in B2B SaaS for 4–6 years, run email programs in HubSpot, and can manage an agency or vendor without micromanaging.
  • You're fluent with AI tools; not just for drafting, but for building workflows, automating repetitive work, and finding smarter ways to produce more without adding headcount.
  • Most importantly: you connect content to campaigns, and campaigns to revenue.
  • Writing samples will be required as part of the interview process.

Nice-to-have

  • Owned a content program visibly tied to the pipeline and can explain what you wrote, why, and what metrics it moved.
  • Managed external vendors or agencies.
  • Video production experience.
  • Supported ABM campaigns directly.
  • Rebuilt a newsletter from scratch.
  • Used AI to meaningfully change how you or your team works, not as a shortcut, but as a force multiplier.
