Responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media content and actively support platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook
• Design campaigns and develop promotional materials
• Write blogs, newsletters, and client communications to build connections
• Manage marketing calendars and contribute to website updates
• Keep marketing initiatives running smoothly
• Research new prospects and maintain databases
• Support lead generation efforts that fuel growth
• Help organize events and track marketing and sales activity
• Maintain accurate records and learn systems like ConnectWise
• Take initiative, communicate professionally, follow through, and seek process improvements as responsibilities grow

Requirements

• Experience with social media management
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Part-time availability of 20-30 hours per week
