Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and grow presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn
Create and post content promoting catering, events, and the scoop shop
Respond to inquiries and messages promptly
Generate new leads through online outreach and in-person networking
Build relationships with event organizers, campus and community groups, offices, and institutions that book catering
Follow up with new leads, past clients, and referral partners
Assist with proposal and estimate follow-up
Track all lead activity and communication in the company CRM
Help convert leads into booked, paying events
Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and client retention

Requirements

The ideal candidate must be proficient in social media marketing, client communication, lead generation, and business development
Proficient with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to write professional emails, text messages, social media posts, and proposals
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Professional, respectful, and customer-focused
Self-motivated go-getter with a positive attitude
Ability to follow up consistently with leads and prospects
Comfortable communicating with corporate clients, event planners, community organizers, non-profits, and homeowners
Ability to learn and understand the ice cream catering business
