  • Own content creation from concept to post across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms

  • Monitor performance and adapt strategies based on metrics

Responsibilities

  • Create social media content Develop photo, video, and written content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Support brand storytelling Communicate Belgian Yum’s mission, products, and growth journey
  • Coordinate campaigns Assist with product launches, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Manage content calendar Maintain consistent posting and marketing execution
  • Support wholesale marketing Create materials for trade shows, retailers, and institutional partners
  • Track engagement metrics Monitor content performance and optimize strategy
  • Flexible Scheduling and Reliability
  • - Full-time availability preferred
  • - Some flexibility for events, shoots, or launches
  • - Strong responsiveness and organization required

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management
  • Strong visual and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using Canva, Adobe tools, or content editing software
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Preferred

  • Food or CPG experience is a plus
