Responsibilities

• Represent and promote The Fitness Factory at events and throughout the local community
• Engage with potential and existing customers to drive brand awareness and membership growth
• Create and share compelling content across social media platforms to amplify brand messaging
• Distribute marketing materials and execute grassroots outreach campaigns
• Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to expand brand reach
• Gather customer feedback and report insights to management
• Attend and represent the brand at fitness events, pop-ups, and promotional activities

Requirements

• Genuine passion for health, wellness, and fitness
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing personality
• Experience in marketing, brand promotion, sales, or a related field preferred
• Active presence on social media platforms with an ability to create engaging content
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in the field
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings for events
• Must be located in or near Princeton, NJ with reliable transportation
