Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own lead routing rules and maintain automation that supports the lead lifecycle (capture, qualification, handoff). Monitor in real time and prioritize based on revenue impact. Troubleshoot technical errors that impede speed to lead.
  • Marketing segmentation: build and manage dynamic audience & suppression lists in support of marketing campaigns.
  • Email management and execution: Monitor email queue via project management software, build templatized emails working with growth marketing to optimize based on individual campaign goals.
  • Technical tool administration for list imports, data transformation, and marketing automation execution.
  • Manage third-party vendors for data, automation, and webinar platform.
  • Management of third-party agency, including delegating appropriate tasks based on team capacity and training on insightsoftware processes
  • Reporting - Own the build and communication of monthly email performance. Provide analysis on performance and trends.
  • Devise and execute A/B and multivariate email testing. Analyze results, report and communicate key findings.
  • Own and lead cross functional projects in support of strategic marketing efforts such as improved segmentation, lead scoring, email preference management.
  • Take a lead role in our cross-functional Pardot tactical team to educate and actively communicate with the growth marketing for better coordination across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience and proficiency in marketing automation tools (ie: Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo) and CRM (ie: Salesforce, Dynamics)
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, familiarity with project management software.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and cleanliness.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Self-starter who can work cross-functionally to get what they need from stakeholders to manage projects and drive to completion.
  • Prior experience in a B2B software company is a plus.
