Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new product features and learning tools.
  • Manage and execute day-to-day backend operations across digital channels, including social media, and email marketing.
  • Event Planning and management of the logistics, design, and execution of events (conferences, conventions, and webinars).
  • Write and edit compelling, SEO-optimized content—including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and website copy (including visuals/content design)—tailored for educators, students, and parents.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to build engaging collateral.
  • Define the global merchandise vision, ensuring all branded items align with company values, mission, and aesthetic standards.
  • Track and measure campaign performance and ROI
  • Monitor Google Analytics, CRM, and ad platforms to prepare performance reports and identify key growth opportunities.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor and market research to stay ahead of ed-tech trends.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of proven marketing experience, preferably in an ed-tech, B2B SaaS, or digital agency environment.
  • Experience: 1-2 years managing corporate social media profiles (e.g., X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Exceptional Writing: Strong copywriting skills with the ability to translate complex educational concepts into clear, engaging messages.
  • Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with digital marketing and data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Claude, Canva, Tableau).
  • Startup DNA: Highly organized, resourceful, and capable of juggling multiple deadlines in an evolving environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Preferred

  • Education background with a genuine interest in the education industry.
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing
  • Experience managing company websites (Webflow experience preferred)
