Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Represent client brands professionally and engage with potential customers
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients
• Help identify target audiences and support market outreach efforts
• Collaborate with team members to communicate brand messaging effectively
• Gather customer feedback and report insights to management
• Track campaign performance, sales activity, and customer interactions
• Support the team with daily administrative and marketing-related tasks
• Prepare reports and provide input on campaign performance and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, promotional sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset
• Interest in sales, marketing, and customer acquisition
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software is a plus
