Own and drive marketing operations across campaigns, content creation, events, and community engagement; coordinate timelines, assets, and analytics while supporting design, production, and outreach.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Track deadlines and manage communication and timelines with advertisers
  • Assist with the design of advertisements and promotional materials
  • Upload graphics, monitor external sites, and review analytics
  • Research and recommend new advertising outlets, marketing trends, and best practices
  • Create branded digital and print graphics using templates and style guides
  • Ensure consistency across all visual content and communication channels
  • Organize and maintain digital assets (photos, videos, graphics)
  • Assist with the design and production of the Playbill, program flyers, and other marketing collateral
  • Assist in content creation, caption writing, and posting
  • Engage with community through comments, shares, follows, and tags

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Graphic Design and/or 3+ years work experience in any of those fields
  • Passion for the performing arts and community engagement
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule within a 40-hour work week and attend rehearsals, classes, lessons, events, recitals and shows that might take place nights and weekends
  • Design skills with experience utilizing Canva and Adobe programs
  • Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively and independently

Wolf PAC believes teaching children theatre is about much more than performance—it’s an education in creativity, collaboration, and self-expression. Our Professional Teaching Artists help young learners develop essential life skills such as communication, problem-solving, and empathy by immersing them in the art of storytelling. As a non-profit organization, we can dream bigger and make performing arts education as accessible as possible to the community.
