This position is responsible for producing proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials used to support business development efforts and winning work. Responsibilities What You Will Do: Assist marketing team members with the coordination and production of materials, primarily the response to RFQ/Ps. Participating in kickoff meetings with marketing lead and project leadership to discuss strategy development for pursuit deliverables. Contributing to the maintenance of resources and systems including CRM, the SharePoint resource library, and OpenAsset. Effectively communicating the brand through custom development of visual and written content that demonstrates an understanding of the industry and passion for design excellence. Coordinating with team members, outside consultants, and other stakeholders to identify and collect information needed and define key differentiators for assigned projects. Preparing and executing materials for trade shows and conventions. Qualifications What You Need: This role is an in-office position - must be local to Dallas Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or related field - Experience in the A/E/C industry is a bonus! Proficient in InDesign / Adobe Creative Suite Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Possesses impeccable organization and time management skills Highly skilled in both verbal and written communication Excels in relationship building, intra-personal skills, and collaboration Ability to partner with senior-level staff members A proactive, resourceful, self-starter who can easily multi-task against deadlines Corgan creates opportunities for personal and professional growth that bring out the best in ourselves and those around us by sharpening skills, leveraging technology, and encouraging communication.
