Job Summary

Support marketing operations by ensuring data quality across Marketo and Salesforce, sustaining campaign assets, launcher tooling, and process docs while providing backup campaign execution and workflow coordination to keep marketing programs running smoothly.

  • Own operational data hygiene and system maintenance for marketing tech stack to drive reliable activation and reporting.
  • Uphold process docs, launcher quality, and workflow transparency to enable rapid campaign setup and repeatable execution.
  • Provide backup campaign execution during peak periods.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support platform maintenance and data integrity activities across marketing systems including:
  • Updating forms, templates, emails, and other operational assets within Marketo and related systems.
  • Assisting with list imports, data updates, and routine maintenance activities.
  • Assisting with data cleanup and consistency updates in Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Support operational request intake and workflow coordination activities including:
  • Completing operational and standalone requests according to established workflows and procedures.
  • Helping manage requests submitted through the Marketing Ops Help Request queue.
  • Updating task statuses and communicating progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the creation, editing, and maintenance of Jeto launchers and related documentation by:
  • Updating launcher fields.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Comfortable working within established processes and workflows.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Technical aptitude and interest in systems, operations, and process-oriented work.
  • Experience with Google Workspace including Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive.

Preferred

  • Prior Internship or full-time professional experience in marketing, operations, administration, or related fields preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM platforms such as Marketo or Salesforce preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana preferred.
  • Experience working with data entry, spreadsheets, or operational systems preferred.
  • Willingness to learn to maximize efficiency and keep up with emerging technologies that impact higher education.
  • Willingness to take calculated risks and learn from outcomes in the pursuit of continuous improvement and process innovation.
  • Strong interest in the intersection of marketing, technology, and education, with a desire to stay current on trends shaping the future of work and learning.
