Responsibilities

• Conceptualizing and creating artwork for both print and digital media, such as flyers, advertisements, brochures, posters, signage, and graphics for web and social media.
• This role supports the development of visually engaging materials that align with brand standards and current marketing campaigns.
• The position will also be responsible for managing the in-house print production process.
• This includes preparing files for print (formatting, sizing, and quality checks), operating printing equipment, and ensuring all materials are produced accurately and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and an understanding of print specifications are essential to maintain high-quality output.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM
• Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count)
• If Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.

Preferred

• Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience designing for both digital and print platforms
• Familiarity with operating or willingness to learn in-house printing equipment
• Portfolio demonstrating design work
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team environment
• Availability of up to 20 hours per week during regular business hours
