Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events
  • Engage with customers to promote products and services and build brand awareness
  • Represent the company at in-person events, retail locations, or community outreach initiatives
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, reporting, and data tracking
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to meet campaign goals and performance targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with common tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus but not required
