Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating cross departments to implement systems, including enhancements, accounts, data hygiene and updates
  • Configure, develop, and validate solutions built based on the requirements and inputs collected by sales and marketing
  • Work with sales and marketing to design, implement, and maintain pricing solutions to support pricing and quoting requirements for all regions
  • Integrating software with other business applications and ensuring seamless data flow across platforms
  • Collaborate with commercial team to train, teach, and troubleshoot issues and processes to ensure the delivery and improvement of tools needed to be most effective
  • Support lead generation activities as set by the sales and marketing plans
  • Assisting in the design and execution of marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation and data analysis
  • Develop,maintain, and deliver up-to-date reporting and dashboards in Microsoft PowerBI (or equivalent)
  • Help assemble digital marketing metrics and information for analysis, including surveys

Requirements

  • Strong ability to interpret data and transform it into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
  • Knowledge and understanding of CRM software such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or Hubspot
  • Knowledge and understanding of enterprise resources planning software such as SAP
  • Familiarity with SQL, database management and their processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of business intelligence software such as PowerBI
  • Aptitude for diagnosing issues within systems and providing logical solutions
  • Capacity to think critically and innovatively to improve processes and strategies
  • Understanding of marketing principles and sales processes
  • Ability to align strategies with overall business objectives and customer needs
  • Strong project management abilities to handle multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
