Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing campaign performance across paid ads, email marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms
• Monitor key marketing metrics including traffic, conversions, ROAS, CTR, and customer engagement
• Assist with reporting and dashboard creation for marketing performance tracking
• Help identify customer trends, purchasing behavior, and growth opportunities
• Support A/B testing and performance analysis for advertisements and landing pages
• Assist in gathering and organizing competitor and market research
• Work with marketing and creative teams to improve campaign effectiveness
• Maintain organized reports, spreadsheets, and marketing data records
• Help identify opportunities for optimization and operational improvements
• Participate in improving marketing workflows, reporting systems, and analytics processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance metrics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
• Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, analytics, or consumer behavior

Preferred

• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Shopify, or reporting tools is preferred
