Job Summary

Own the marketing analytics and reporting workflow for a casino marketing function, turning data into actionable program insights and leadership-ready recommendations.

  • Reporting & Analytics: validate data, write reports, and surface trends to Marketing leadership.
  • Data Hygiene & Governance: ensure database integrity and high-quality, usable data across campaigns and promotions.
  • ROI & Program Evaluation: apply post forms, tests, control groups, and behavior insights to prove or disprove initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for always practicing, supporting, and promoting Gun Lake Casino Resort’s Four Diamond Standards.
  • Maintain a high level of personal integrity on and off duty.
  • Practice teamwork, support fellow Team Members, and create an energized, positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Interact with Guests in a friendly and courteous manner and handle all Guest opportunities.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate both written and verbally with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
  • Maintain excellent grooming and uniform standards.
  • Key Point of contact for Marketing Management for report writing and analysis, including data validation.
  • Reviews findings with and makes actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Assists Marketing Management in analyzing the effectiveness of programs and promotions by utilizing data mining, post forms, test and control, behavior change, ROI evaluation, and any other effective methodology.
  • Responsible for both conceiving and writing necessary report documentation and also responsible for analyzing the report results in order to identify trends and relevant artifacts associated with the data.

Requirements

  • Must be 21+ years of age.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field required or 4 years of direct relatable professional experience.
  • Master’s Degree preferred.

Preferred

  • Power BI or Tableau preferred.
  • Prior experience in a gaming environment preferred.
