Own the in person brand experience and lead conversations with customers during live campaigns, while supporting event operations and collecting feedback for leadership.

Responsibilities

Represent brands during live marketing campaigns and retail events
Start conversations and engage with customers in person
Help explain promotions, products, and services
Work alongside a team to create positive brand experiences
Assist with campaign setup and daily event operations
Provide feedback from customer interactions to leadership

Requirements

Comfortable talking with new people
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Interest in marketing, sales, or brand promotions
Must be able to work in person in the Charlotte area
Entry-level training provided — no experience required

Preferred

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sports is helpful but not required
