Job Summary

Own the end to end marketing AI stack from building smart agents to integrating AI with MarTech, plus governance and enablement that turn AI into repeatable, value delivering work streams.

Growth Infrastructure: Create and scale AI agents and agentic workflows across marketing roles.
Marketing Ops & Integrations: Tie AI into Marketo, Salesforce, and 6sense via MCP, Zapier and other connectors, automating workflows.
Governance & Enablement: Centralize prompts, guardrails, and enablement work to drive adoption and quality across teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

AI Agent Development: Design, build, and maintain custom AI agents and agentic workflows across marketing roles; iterate based on team feedback.
Workflow Automation: Connect AI into the martech stack using Zapier, MCP connectors, and LLMs; replace manual processes with automated systems.
MCP Connector Development: Own MCP connectors across marketing apps for reliable integrations and optimized query performance.
Prompt Engineering & Governance: Maintain standardized prompts and brand-voice frameworks; establish guardrails for AI usage.
Backlog Delivery: Maintain cadence of AI-first milestones balancing long-term and short-term work; ship frequently.
Enablement & Office Hours: Lead onboarding and troubleshoot with the team; build alongside them.
Best Practice Sharing: Be the internal AI authority; share learnings and drive continuous AI improvement across marketing.
Tool Evaluation: Vet new AI tools and vendors; ensure security and integrations.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in AI, marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related field (full time roles or internships)
Strong hands-on experience building and scaling with LLMs — Claude, GPT, Gemini, or similar — in production or near-production environments
A portfolio of “Builds” — show us the agents and/or automated workflows you’ve already deployed
Experience with Model Context Protocols (MCPs) and a solid working knowledge of how to connect LLMs to martech systems
Proven ability to build and deploy automated workflows using tools like Zapier, n8n, or similar integration platforms
Strong communicator who can translate complex AI capabilities into practical, everyday value for non-technical marketing stakeholders
Solid understanding of marketing principles and fluency across MarTech ecosystems (CRM, MAP, ABM, analytics)
Background in management information systems (MIS) or a marketing or business major with a second degree and/or minor in computer science, data engineering, or software development preferred
Driven, results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Experience with multi-modal AI (image generation, video, audio synthesis) is a plus
