Job Summary
Own the paid media engine across multiple platforms and own audience-building, attribution, and conversion funnels to drive revenue with data-driven optimization.
- Growth & Demand: Own audience building, attribution, and conversion funnels across paid and owned channels.
- Campaign Management: Create, launch, and scale paid campaigns with tight ROAS and CAC targets.
- Measurement & Reporting: Weekly ROAS, MER, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and optimization recommendations for leadership.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Own all paid advertising across Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, and other paid platforms.
- Build, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns that drive revenue.
- Create and manage audience targeting, lookalike audiences, retargeting, and acquisition funnels.
- Manage UGC advertising campaigns and Partnership/Collaborative Ads across social platforms.
- Own Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns, automations, segmentation, and customer journeys.
- Develop paid marketing strategies for product launches, promotions, and education events.
- Analyze campaign performance and proactively optimize creative, targeting, budgets, and bidding.
- Report weekly on ROAS, MER, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rates, and overall marketing performance.
- Present recommendations to leadership on products, promotions, and marketing opportunities based on performance data.
- Ensure all tracking, APIs, pixels, GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, and advertising integrations are functioning properly.
- Stay ahead of advertising trends, platform updates, and new growth opportunities.
