Job Summary

You will own client relationships and end-to-end campaign support, from onboarding and meetings to reporting and strategic guidance across Meta, Google, and SMS activations, with a focus on timely delivery and measurable results.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Coordinate client meetings
Document meeting notes + action items with follow up emails to follow
Client support + communication (Meta & Google Advertising | CRM Guidance)
Client onboarding with onboarding lead
Weekly and monthly reporting
Campaign processing - Ads + SMS Activations
Review client performance and conversions
Ability to discuss marketing strategies with the marketing tools in place
Ability to navigate within Meta & Google platforms
Manage 1-50 franchise accounts/businesses

Requirements

Enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individual with a proven record of professionalism and success in fast-paced environments
Proficient in communication, organization, Google Suite – Excel, Word, and other Microsoft products
Ability to understand project management tools
