Job Summary

Own community outreach and referral generation for a clinic with field education, stakeholder relationships, and measurable activity across events, visits, and reporting.

  • Community liaison and education: educate physicians, clinics, hospitals, and care managers about services.
  • Field outreach: travel daily to meet stakeholders, secure referrals, and grow awareness.
  • Reporting and optimization: track referrals, meet weekly contact targets, and share progress with leadership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads from various referral sources.
  • Act as a liaison between our clinic and the community to address community and customer needs.
  • Travel within the community daily to meet with physicians, clinics, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities’ management, and case managers to educate them on our services.
  • Build and maintain client relationships by providing daily interaction to understand and exceed their needs.
  • Organize and participate in community events by setting up booths and distributing marketing giveaways.
  • Plan and host events at the clinic to enhance our image within the community.
  • Prepare business plans and maintain target lists to maximize awareness of our services.
  • Generate reports to monitor progress, track referrals, and assess the success of marketing efforts; present these reports to management.
  • Meet assigned objectives for weekly calls and contacts.
  • Understand and align with the company vision, measure outcomes, use feedback to make adjustments, evaluate alternatives, and resolve complex issues appropriately.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a healthcare setting such as Orthopedic, Weight Loss, Infusion Clinics, or Primary Care Practices.
  • Proficiency with referral sources, especially in clinical and Long-Term Care markets.
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
  • Degree in Marketing or Business from an accredited college/university preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Computer literate with a desire to enhance skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Must maintain a good driving record and insurance.
