Job Summary
Drive community engagement and referral pipelines to support admissions for a skilled nursing facility, focusing on building local relationships and representing the facility with a positive presence.
- Community Liaison: Cultivate relationships with local organizations, patients' families, and referrals to raise awareness and drive inquiries.
- Marketing Outreach: Support outreach efforts to promote the facility and coordinate relationships with community partners.
Job Description
Requirements
- Experience in long term care admissions preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years college education in the field of Health Care Administration, Business Management, and/or Marketing or Public Relations preferred, or Equivalent professional experience
- Good community relationships
