Job Summary

Lead and own the Cell Therapy marketing strategy, insights, messaging, and cross-functional GTM execution, shaping opportunities from market assessment through to sales enablement across NPI launches and key initiatives.

  • Own market assessment, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive growth opportunities
  • Define segmentation, value propositions, and customer journeys; create content briefs and shared-services briefs
  • Develop and align GTM plans with product, demand gen, events, and commercial teams while enabling sales with playbooks and tools

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own product/service marketing strategy and execution leadership for the Cell Therapy portfolio, ensuring strong market insight, positioning, and GTM delivery.
  • Market & customer insight: Own market assessment, competitive landscape, and customer needs
  • Market & customer insight: Partner with centralized VOC/market research for prioritized insights
  • Market & customer insight: Translate insights into clear growth opportunities
  • Positioning, messaging & content briefs: Define segmentation, ICP, value proposition, and customer messaging
  • Positioning, messaging & content briefs: Develop customer journey and content strategy
  • Positioning, messaging & content briefs: Create clear briefs for technical/content shared services
  • Go-to-market planning: Develop GTM tactical plans for NPI launches, campaigns, and key initiatives
  • Go-to-market planning: Coordinate with demand gen/events/marcom for execution
  • Go-to-market planning: Ensure alignment with product management and commercial teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 6 years of experience in marketing in life sciences or related industry
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Life sciences, marketing, business administration, or related field
  • Strong expertise in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical/scientific content into compelling customer messaging
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities
  • Experience with digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong analytical capabilities to measure campaign effectiveness and drive data-based decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across matrix organizations
  • Deep understanding of marketing fundamentals: 4Ps, segmentation, value proposition development
