Own the technical field service and QA liaison for cement and masonry products, driving product performance, training, and testing programs across architects, specifiers, and field teams.

  • Coordinate product performance tracking and competitive benchmarking to influence design decisions and field alignment.
  • Align Sales, Production, and QA on plant quality, testing, and customer issue resolution.
  • Lead education efforts with specifiers and customers while staying active in national technical groups to boost adoption.

Job Description

Own the technical field service and QA liaison for cement and masonry products, driving product performance, training, and testing programs across architects, specifiers, and field teams.

  • Responsibilities: Provide proactive consultation to masonry and stucco commercial group customers in the areas of product performance, best practices, technical information research, troubleshooting, and technical training.
  • Responsibilities: Act as liaison between sales and production on plant quality teams.
  • Responsibilities: Ability to understand the technical aspects of a customer’s products, systems, and applications.
  • Responsibilities: Coordinate and facilitate competitive analyses for establishment and review of internal quality objectives.
  • Responsibilities: Provide internal technical training and external education to the cement commercial sales force, specifiers, the cement and/or masonry customer base and industry personnel.
  • Responsibilities: Active involvement in technical organizations such as the National Brick Research Center, ASTM, Concrete Masonry &Hardscapes Association, American Cement Association, and others, with a focus on the national and regional levels.
  • Responsibilities: Proactively participate in promotion efforts relating to cement based and related products in coordination with Sales team in identifying market trends, competitive activity, and new business opportunities.
  • Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance to any cement account that requires support for issues relating to masonry cement or stucco applications.
  • Responsibilities: Assist with resolution of customer product issues and maintains internal company records.
  • Responsibilities: Acts as a technical liaison as required with Regional Technical Directors, Concrete Labs, Sales, and Manufacturing facilities
